Born and raised in Guatemala, Alexandra is a proud Latinx actor and writer. Most recently Alexandra has worked with Theatre Gargantua (Toronto), Neworld Theatre, Bard on The Beach, Stratford Festival, Electric Company Theatre, Rice&Beans and The Frank Theatre. As a writer, Alexandra has been developing her first full length play “Bella Luz” as part of the 2021 Arts Club’s Emerging Playwrights Unit and Rice&Beans Theatre’s DBLSPK. She is the recipient of a Jessie Richardson Award for Best Actor in a lead role. Her training includes the Canadian College of Performing Arts, Studio 58 and Stratford’s Birmingham Conservatory for Classical Theatre. A co-founder and member of caltac.ca
