Genevieve is an actor, director, and producer born and raised on the unsurrendered ancestral homelands of the Mi’kmaq people known as Mi’kma’ki. She is delighted to be returning to Neworld in Clean after previously collaborating with the team as a producer on King Arthur’s Night, and as the company’s 2015-16 Resident Producer. Select performance credits include The Twelve Dates of Christmas (Arts Club), The Drowning Girls (WCT), Wet (ITSAZOO), The North Plan (Upintheair), and Creeps (Realwheels). Some favourite directing credits include Wilderness (Studio 58), Flare Path (Slamming Door), and Of Mice and Men (Hardline). Genevieve is the recipient of two Jessie Richardson Theatre Awards and several nominations for performance, and the Ray Michal Prize for Direction. She is a graduate of Mount Allison University and Studio 58.
