Leslie Dos Remedios (She/They)
Originally from the traditional land of the Huron-Wendat, Seneca and the Mississauga of the Credit (aka Toronto), she is a graduate of York University (2008) and Studio 58 (2012). Most recently, Leslie directed “Before They Cut Down Our Tree” (J to K Productions) at theĀ 2023 Vancouver Fringe Festival. They also completed a directing apprenticeship with Bard On The Beach assistant directing with Daryl Cloran on “As You Like It”. Alongside their work at Neworld, Leslie is currently working with Vancouver Asian Canadian Theatre (vAct) as their guest dramaturg and is looking forward to directing the remount of “For Now” with Green Thumb Theatre in the new year.
